YouTuber Accelerator Account Manager

Contractor 👉 40 hours per week (with the possibility of full time employment after probation)

Hey Friends 👋

We’re looking for an account manager to join our team as part of our Part-Time YouTuber Accelerator package!

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Student Success and two other account managers in creating an amazing customer experience for a huge number of students plus work with a bunch of enthusiastic people in a rapidly growing business and learn a whole lot about YouTube along the way, for whatever that’s worth 😜

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and contribute towards the growth of a product and a Community which is having a real impact and changing lives 🔥

Type: Full time

Location: Remote

Salary: £32k

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be helping out with a whole range of stuff but it’ll mainly revolve around managing the accounts of 50-100 of our accelerator students.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our students all the way from onboarding to renewals. You’ll be ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing any course concerns, and working to maximise the value students receive from our accelerator package. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying product gaps, and providing strategic guidance to enhance the overall student experience. Effective communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach are key skills for success in this role.

Requirements

The position is right for you if…

  • You’re highly organised and punctual with attending meetings and calls with students, and answering questions/providing advice promptly.
  • You’ve got excellent communication and interpersonal skills which is key to upholding the standards of customer service that we look for in the business.
  • You’ve seen, read and heard enough of our content to understand the strategy, tone and style and you’d be able to replicate that tone and style in all your work and approach with customers.
  • You’re able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy. This isn’t a position for someone who isn’t comfortable with change.
  • You’re able to work effectively in a team environment. We want people who are collaborative rather than competitive but are equally proactive and capable of using their initiative.
  • You’re confident using Hubspot, Notion, Slack and similar platforms.
  • You’re focussed on providing value to our community.
  • You’re able to keep it real. We don’t do gossip or bullsh*t.
  • You’re able to have fun. You’ll be part of a team making videos and courses on the internet to help people. It doesn’t get much better than that really so if you can’t have fun then this role’s probably not for you.
