Terms and Conditions for the Instagram 1 Million Follower Giveaway
1. Organiser
This giveaway is organised by Ali Abdaal Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom at Floor 2 48 George Street, London, United Kingdom, W1U 7DY.
2. Eligibility
- Employees of Ali Abdaal Ltd, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- This Giveaway can be entered by residents of the United States, Canada, India, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom (“Territories”) aged 18 years or over.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on Monday, 21st April 2025 at 7 AM BST and ends on Friday, 25th April 2025 at 7 PM BST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Participants can enter the giveaway by:
- Sending a direct message to @AliAbdaal on Instagram, including their name and email address in the message, and the word ‘Giveaway’.
- Entering their name and email address on the official giveaway page on aliabdaal.com.
Entries are only valid if submitted via the specified Instagram post on @aliabdaal.
5. Prize
A single winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. That individual will win:
- Macbook Air M4, 13 inch in Sky Blue
- Airpods Pro 2
- Kindle Paperwhite
- A selection of 5 books
- Lifetime access to Voicepal Pro
- A copy of Feel-Good Productivity, signed by Ali Abdaal
Additionally, 5 more winners will be selected at random, each will receive:

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message, or via email no later than Wednesday, 30th April 2025.
- Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time will result in forfeiture, and an alternative winner will be selected.
7. Additional Rules
- Participants must ensure their Instagram account is public during the giveaway period for entry verification purposes.
- Ali Abdaal Ltd reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms or show evidence of fraudulent activity.
8. Liability
Ali Abdaal Ltd is not responsible for:
- Any technical issues that prevent participation.
- Inaccurate entry information or prize delivery details.
9. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and Instagram handle for the purpose of announcing winners. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
UK law states that Ali Abdaal should publish information that highlights that a valid Prize draw took place. To comply with this, Ali Abdaal will send the surname and country of the Prize winner to anyone who emails support@aliabdaal.com one month after the closing date. If the winner disagrees with their name and country being made available, Ali Abdaal will still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (UK) on request.
10. Disclaimer
In exceptional circumstances, Ali Abdaal may void the Prize and/or change other promotional conditions provided that such changes are absolutely necessary and can be justified for objective reasons.
Ali Abdaal shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion.
In the event of a dispute over implementation or interpretation of the rules on any matter related to this Prize draw, the decision of the Directors of Ali Abdaal is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

This giveaway and its terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
