Our mission is to create inspirational and educational content that helps people build a life they love. Over the past 5 years, the YouTube channel’s grown to 4.2 million subscribers, with hundreds of thousands of followers on our other platforms.

Our content aims to help people live happier, healthier and more productive lives by providing the tools, resources and frameworks they’d need to achieve that.

You’ll be joining a small(ish), dynamic, friendly team who don’t believe in red tape and try our best to have fun every day.

Shorts Video Editor

Shorts Video Editor

We’re looking to hire at least 2 freelance editors to help us double our Shorts output on YouTube for my main channel and my podcast 🚀

If you’ve seen the Shorts on my channel over the past few months, you’ll know that we pride ourselves on the quality of the edits and we’re looking for editors with the skills to be able to replicate that style and quality.
In other words, you need to be able to create Shorts like this or this or this 👀

Main Channel Dubbing

🗣 Freelance Translator

We’re looking to hire a small group of freelancers to help dub my main channel videos into other languages to be posted to YouTube, Facebook and potentially other platforms as well.

We’re primarily searching for people who can speak Spanish or Urdu but if you speak other languages and you’d still like to get involved, please do apply and let us know which languages you could provide.

We’re looking to hire at least 1 freelance writer to help us level up our written content across our social platforms (mainly Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook).

The role will involve research, repurposing content (YouTube videos, podcast episodes, website articles, etc.) and writing original content that hopefully inspires, educates, motivates and sometimes even entertains lots of people all around the world. 

The ideal person will have read and heard enough of my content to understand the strategy, tone and style and you’d be able to replicate that tone and style in all written work.

✂️ Clips Video Editor

We’re looking to hire a freelance video editor to repurpose my main channel videos and other long-form content into clips for social media. These will be primarily used as part of our Facebook video strategy 🚀

Clips are different to Shorts – they need to be 4-8 minutes long and focused on cutting down the value from each main channel video. 

We’re looking for someone who can take a long-form project file, identify the valuable insights, and edit the content into 1×1 format for Facebook. We really want this to have the same look and feel of our main channel videos, so the animations, details and flair need to be included.

Website Article Writer

We really want to level up the content we produce for the website and are looking for some skilled writers to help us do it. There are two types of content we’re keen to level up with.

1. Repurposed – This would involve converting some of Ali’s best YouTube videos or course material into in-depth articles on a specific subject. This might include specific segments of the PTYA course, specific YouTube videos or other recorded content. You’d need to watch the content and convert it into a well written article for the website.

2. Original – This would be original written content, designed to fill gaps. You’d be given a subject and a full brief of what the article needs to cover, who the target audience is and how it fits in the wider content strategy. Each article would aim to answer specific questions but most importantly help people. With this content, you’d need to do your own research, making use of our existing content, but also looking at potential competitors, quoting books or trusted resources and really making sure the article is factual and comprehensive without being boring. These articles would be between 2500 and 3000 words.

The ideal person would have read and seen enough of my content to understand what we’re trying to do and be able to write in my style. You’d also ideally have a background in content writing and a basic understanding of SEO would be really helpful.

Compensation would be a fixed amount on a per article basis.

Ideally, you have experience making YouTube videos. You understand our brand. You aren’t a ‘cut-and-trim’ editor, but someone with an eye for storytelling chops, pacing and aesthetics.
