Software Growth & Social Media Marketer – CreatorGrid (Remote)

CreatorGrid is one of our most ambitious software ventures, with the mission to help 1M+ creators earn a living doing what they love.

Tangibly, we’re building a free platform that’ll help creators LEARN, GROW and MONETISE.

We’re currently in beta, with thousands of creators signed up and active partnerships with Notion, Superhuman, Wispr, Todoist, Morning Brew, Epidemic Sound and others. And we’re ready to scale to the next level.

Compensation: Above-market equity, profit share and/or salary. We’re looking for the best person in the role, so we’re pretty much open to whatever it takes.

So we’re looking for an awesome social media growth marketer to come in and work directly with the co-founders to take this to the moon.

The Role

CreatorGrid already has a lot of brands interested in the platform – so now we’re focused on looking for as many creators as possible to join.

Your role is to make creators aware of CreatorGrid, get them excited, and get them to sign up.

That’s basically it, and how you get there is up to you. This role will have large amounts of autonomy for you to take ownership, write the playbook, and make decisions all the way from strategy to execution.

This will likely involve:

  • Making content that’s so good creators can’t help but watch it and share it. You’ll have direct access to Ali and Izzy’s personal brands (combined 9M+ total following), meaning you’re springboarding into creating content that goes out to large audiences from day one.
  • World-class strategic thinking (analytics, conversion, retention, performance). You’re the kind of person who makes a banger Reel AND then immediately checks the data to figure out why it worked and how to make the next one work even better. You love numbers, analytics and running experiments.

What you’ll actually do

  • Create and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YT Shorts) aimed at creators, across CreatorGrid’s channels and through Ali’s and Izzy’s accounts.
  • Own the entire organic content strategy for creator acquisition, from brainstorming to posting to iterating based on what performs.
  • Build the growth engine behind the content: set KPIs, track what’s converting (not just what’s going viral), and tighten the loop between content and signups.
  • Feed top-performing organic content into paid campaigns over time; you’re building the creative foundation that powers everything.
  • Explore other content plays (newsletters, creator spotlights, collabs, UGC) where they make sense.

Who we’re looking for

  • You’re obsessed with social media. You’re the person who notices when Instagram changes its algorithm or brings out a new feature before anyone else does. You spend hours scrolling, know all the trends, and are truly native in content.
  • You understand growth, not just virality. You know the difference between a video that gets views and a video that drives signups and builds a brand. You read dashboards, spot patterns, and turn data into better and better creative decisions.
  • You create things. You don’t just strategize, brainstorm, or build decks about content. You actually execute and build. You have a portfolio or a feed that proves you can make scroll-stopping short-form video.
  • You understand creators. Ideally because you are one, or you’ve been one, or you’re so embedded in that world that you know exactly what would make a creator stop and try a new platform vs what would make them scroll past.
  • You can shapeshift. You’ll create content in Ali’s voice, Izzy’s voice, and CreatorGrid’s own brand voice, and each one needs to feel real, not like three versions of the same template.
  • You’ve led social media or growth for a brand before and driven incredible results, with the numbers to show for it.
  • Ideally you’re confident on camera too (bonus). Some content might feature you, but you’ll also be producing content with Ali, Izzy, and other creators.
