This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge on growing our info product business, scaling our courses and memberships, and driving revenue growth across the board.
Weâre looking for someone experienced, ambitious, data-savvy, and creatively driven to take full ownership of our marketing efforts. Youâll be working closely with myself, Angus, and the rest of the leadership team to ensure weâre not just staying on track but pushing boundaries.

What You’ll Be Doing
Weâre scaling our courses and memberships, and your role will focus on three main areas: acquisition, nurture, and conversion. Your job is to grow our revenue, optimise our marketing efforts, and keep us at the cutting edge of the info product space đ€
Hereâs what your day-to-day will look like:
đ Owning the Marketing Strategy – youâll take full ownership of our marketing strategy, aligning with metrics and targets agreed with the leadership team and youâll keep us on track while innovating and iterating based on competitor analysis, industry trends, and data. The main focus will be scaling customer acquisition, nurturing leads, and driving conversions.
đ Tracking Metrics & Driving Results – youâll own key marketing metrics (revenue, sales, ROAS, LTV), identifying trends, addressing anomalies, and developing strategies to ensure numbers are always moving in the right direction.
đ Email List Growth & Optimisation – youâll manage and grow our email list, ensuring campaigns and sequences are on-brand and effective, this includes monitoring open and conversion rates, tweaking content and optimising strategies to keep performance strong.
đ Funnel Management & Lead Nurturing – youâll create and optimise lead magnets, funnels, and nurturing sequences to maximise conversions. This includes funnel-hacking competitors, running regular experiments, and implementing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
đ Expanding Acquisition Channels – youâd not only oversee organic acquisition channels and work with the media team to optimise content integrations but youâd also scale our paid acquisition strategies, from optimising our ad strategy to expanding our influencer partnerships.
đĄ Product & Campaign Launches – youâll lead the strategy and execution for all product launches, ensuring alignment across teams. This includes end to end management of large scale projects involving the entire team and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
đ€ Team Leadership & Collaboration – youâd run weekly marketing meetings to align the team and address challenges as well as collaborate with heads of product on new product development and other team leads to ensure cross-functional alignment.
What We’re Looking For
Weâre after someone whoâs as comfortable in the data as they are with creativity. Youâre proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited by the challenge of scaling a business in the info product space.
Hereâs what you bring to the table:
- Youâd (ideally) have at least 3 years of growth marketing experience preferably with courses, memberships, or digital products and have worked within a fast-paced, remote environment. Weâre looking for someone whoâs capable (and comfortable) working autonomously and taking responsibility for their roles and responsibilities as part of our small team.
- Youâve got a proven track record in scaling customer acquisition and driving measurable revenue growth. Youâre an expert in areas relating to email marketing, funnels, and lifecycle strategies and youâre able to create innovative and effective strategies to help us scale to $10 million by 2027.
- Youâve got hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic growth strategies. Youâd be able to demonstrate an ability to understand both paid and organic acquisition channels and create strategies that allow us to scale both sources in 2025.
- You’re highly organised – punctual with attending meetings, taking meeting notes, completing tasks in time and keeping us updated with their progress.
- Youâve got exceptional project management and leadership skills, capable of keeping multiple plates spinning without breaking a sweat and leading the marketing department and running weekly growth meetings.
- Youâve got exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and youâve had experience working in cross-departmental positions, allowing you to effectively bridge the gaps between marketing and product development.
- You’re excited by the idea of joining a small team and developing Aliâs brand over the next 1-3 years – we want someone who’s excited about contributing and growing our products into world-leading offerings, not just tagging along for the ride.
- Youâre able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy. This isnât a position for someone who isnât comfortable with change or taking responsibility for their own work.
