We’re looking for a Head of Growth to join our team and help us scale in 2025 🚀

This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge on growing our info product business, scaling our courses and memberships, and driving revenue growth across the board.

We’re looking for someone experienced, ambitious, data-savvy, and creatively driven to take full ownership of our marketing efforts. You’ll be working closely with myself, Angus, and the rest of the leadership team to ensure we’re not just staying on track but pushing boundaries.

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re scaling our courses and memberships, and your role will focus on three main areas: acquisition, nurture, and conversion. Your job is to grow our revenue, optimise our marketing efforts, and keep us at the cutting edge of the info product space đŸ€

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

📈 Owning the Marketing Strategy – you’ll take full ownership of our marketing strategy, aligning with metrics and targets agreed with the leadership team and you’ll keep us on track while innovating and iterating based on competitor analysis, industry trends, and data. The main focus will be scaling customer acquisition, nurturing leads, and driving conversions.

📊 Tracking Metrics & Driving Results – you’ll own key marketing metrics (revenue, sales, ROAS, LTV), identifying trends, addressing anomalies, and developing strategies to ensure numbers are always moving in the right direction.

💌 Email List Growth & Optimisation – you’ll manage and grow our email list, ensuring campaigns and sequences are on-brand and effective, this includes monitoring open and conversion rates, tweaking content and optimising strategies to keep performance strong.

🔗 Funnel Management & Lead Nurturing – you’ll create and optimise lead magnets, funnels, and nurturing sequences to maximise conversions. This includes funnel-hacking competitors, running regular experiments, and implementing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

🌍 Expanding Acquisition Channels – you’d not only oversee organic acquisition channels and work with the media team to optimise content integrations but you’d also scale our paid acquisition strategies, from optimising our ad strategy to expanding our influencer partnerships.

💡 Product & Campaign Launches – you’ll lead the strategy and execution for all product launches, ensuring alignment across teams. This includes end to end management of large scale projects involving the entire team and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

đŸ€ Team Leadership & Collaboration – you’d run weekly marketing meetings to align the team and address challenges as well as collaborate with heads of product on new product development and other team leads to ensure cross-functional alignment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s as comfortable in the data as they are with creativity. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited by the challenge of scaling a business in the info product space.

Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • You’d (ideally) have at least 3 years of growth marketing experience preferably with courses, memberships, or digital products and have worked within a fast-paced, remote environment. We’re looking for someone who’s capable (and comfortable) working autonomously and taking responsibility for their roles and responsibilities as part of our small team.
  • You’ve got a proven track record in scaling customer acquisition and driving measurable revenue growth. You’re an expert in areas relating to email marketing, funnels, and lifecycle strategies and you’re able to create innovative and effective strategies to help us scale to $10 million by 2027.
  • You’ve got hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic growth strategies. You’d be able to demonstrate an ability to understand both paid and organic acquisition channels and create strategies that allow us to scale both sources in 2025.
  • You’re highly organised – punctual with attending meetings, taking meeting notes, completing tasks in time and keeping us updated with their progress.
  • You’ve got exceptional project management and leadership skills, capable of keeping multiple plates spinning without breaking a sweat and leading the marketing department and running weekly growth meetings.
  • You’ve got exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and you’ve had experience working in cross-departmental positions, allowing you to effectively bridge the gaps between marketing and product development.
  • You’re excited by the idea of joining a small team and developing Ali’s brand over the next 1-3 years – we want someone who’s excited about contributing and growing our products into world-leading offerings, not just tagging along for the ride.
  • You’re able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy. This isn’t a position for someone who isn’t comfortable with change or taking responsibility for their own work.
  • You’re able to have fun. You’ll be part of a team making videos and courses on the internet to help people. If you can’t have fun then this role’s probably not for you 😜
