As we continue to scale our content output across Ali and Izzy’s channels, plus our growing suite of email campaigns and marketing materials, we need someone who can seamlessly adapt their writing style to match our brand voice while delivering high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
This isn’t your typical “churn out blog posts” writing role. We’re looking for someone who can research, strategise, and craft everything from YouTube scripts, to email campaigns that convert without feeling pushy or sales-y.
Yes, we know that this is asking for a breadth of skills but we’re hoping that we can find the right person with the capabilities to confidently fulfil what’s being asked of this role.
So if you’re a versatile writer who thrives on variety, you’ve got experience writing marketing copy, loves diving deep into different topics, and can write in an authentic, conversational style that builds trust rather than just trying to sell, this could be perfect for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
📧 Email Copywriting – Our email list is our most valuable asset. We send multiple newsletters every week, run multiple campaigns every year and drive the majority of our business from our lists. You’ll be tasked with helping to develop and write compelling email sequences and campaigns for our various courses and products throughout the year. You’ll need to adapt to the tone and style that reflects the brand, builds relationships and provides value while naturally guiding readers toward our offerings.
✍️ YouTube Script Support – Research, write, and craft engaging scripts for both our YouTube channels. This includes long-form educational content, understanding audience psychology, and creating scripts that maintain viewer attention while delivering genuine value. Writing a YouTube script is not the same as drafting a blog post so experience in this field and an understanding of retention would be an advantage.
📱 Ad Hoc Marketing Support – Help in the writing and production of copy for landing pages, sales pages, ads, and other marketing materials that align with our brand voice and convert effectively without being pushy or overly promotional.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Multi-Disciplinary Experience – You’ve successfully written across multiple formats and industries. Whether it’s email marketing, video scripts, web copy, or educational content, you’re comfortable jumping between different writing styles and requirements.
✅ Authentic Voice Development – You can demonstrate that you can quickly understand and replicate different brand voices without losing authenticity. You don’t rely on AI to do the heavy lifting – you use your own writing skills and judgment to create compelling content.
✅ Non-Salesy Approach – You understand the difference between building trust and being pushy. You can write persuasively without resorting to “salesy” tactics that feel inauthentic to our brand.
✅ Research Skills – You’re comfortable diving deep into complex topics and can quickly become knowledgeable enough to write authoritatively about subjects you might not have known much about initially.
✅ YouTube Understanding – You understand what makes YouTube content engaging and can write scripts that keep viewers watching while delivering educational value. Bonus points if you understand YouTube analytics and optimisation.
✅ Portfolio of Diverse Work – You can demonstrate experience across different writing disciplines with a portfolio that shows versatility, quality, and results.
✅ Self-Direction & Reliability – You can work independently, meet deadlines consistently, and communicate proactively about project status and any challenges that arise.
✅ Adaptability – You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, and you’re comfortable taking on new types of writing challenges as our business evolves.
