🚀 Productivity

We all want to be more productive, right? But what does being productive mean and how can we improve our own productivity to live happier, healthier and more efficient lives?

Productivity – Doing More of What Matters to You

I never set out to become a productivity expert. In fact, when I started my YouTube channel, I didn’t really know what productivity was.

I was trying to grow my channel while working full time as a doctor. I was constantly trying to fit more and more into my life, which left me feeling burned out and exhausted. This lead me to begin researching the science of productivity, to learn how I could get everything done while also enjoying myself along the way.

This sparked an obsession, and from that point on I’ve dedicated myself to understanding everything I can about productivity, so we can all get more done of the things that matter to us.

The Power of Joy: Feel-Good Productivity

One of my biggest realisations about productictivity is that it doesn’t have to feel bad. We often imagine that productivity looks like someone alone at their desk, working for hours and hours long into the night. But after years of research and real-life experience, I realised something that surprised me.

The secret to productivity isn’t discipline, it’s joy.

Feeling good – about ourselves and our work – sets in motion a virtuous cycle of positive emotions and productivity. So, you can get more done while actually feeling good throughout the day.
